Seana Collins Mander, RMT

Clinic Owner & Registered Massage Therapist

Seana graduated from Sir Sandford Fleming College, with an advanced diploma in Massage Therapy. She registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and is a member in good standing. She enjoys working with people of all ages, backgrounds, and ailments. Seana spends a lot of her practice working with postural complaints, pregnancy, and acute or chronic injury. She uses her understanding of massage therapy to decrease pain and help people get back to the things they love to do.

When Seana is not at the clinic, you can find her as a massage therapy lab tech at Fleming College, and teaching and training at the Jiyu-Shin Karate School. She loves to stay active, and help people find an activity that they can be passionate about, that will help to improve their health (especially a physical activity to get people moving).

Michael Newbigging, PT, BSc., MPT, FCAMPT

Manual Physiotherapist

Michael has been immersed in the health and wellness field for over 18 years. He started his career path by completing the Fitness & Lifestyle Management diploma at George Brown College in Toronto (1999). During this time he worked as a trainer assessing and designing personalized fitness programs to help individuals reach their wellness goals. Michael then moved to Peterborough to complete his Bachelors of Science degree at Trent University (2001). He spent 5 years working with individuals with acquired brain injury, implementing therapeutic and restorative programs. He returned to school to complete his Masters of Physical Therapy at D’Youville College in Buffalo, NY (2006).


For the past 9 years Michael has continued to develop his professional skills with courses in Acupuncture, Dry Needling and Manual Therapy, completing his Advanced Diploma of Manual Manipulative Physiotherapy (FCAMPT) in 2013. Michael is committed to providing a comprehensive approach to enable individuals achieve their functional and fitness goals.

Marie- Claire Ruttan, RMT

Registered Massage Therapist, Reiki Master/Teacher

Marie-Claire has graduated from Oxford College in 2016 and is a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the College of Massage Therapist’s of Ontario. Although she focuses on pain management and specializes in back, hip and knee pain, Marie-Claire assesses the body as a whole to provide a treatment that is mindful of how the body functions as a unit.

Marie-Claire is also a Usui Reiki Master/Teacher level and was first introduced to the practise in 2011 in Pickering, Ontario. Marie-Claire believes that Reiki is a wonderfully holistic therapy that uses subtle energy to help with many ailments. Reiki helps with chronic and acute headaches and migraines, frozen shoulder, emotional blockages, depression and helps to give her clients a renewed sense of well being.

Ashley Dykstra, RMT

Registered Massage Therapist

Ashley graduated from Sir Sanford Fleming College in 2018 with an advanced diploma in Massage Therapy and the honour of being named valedictorian of the School of Health & Wellness. She is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and is a member in good standing. 


Before becoming an RMT, Ashley trained and competed with the Canadian National Rowing Team for ten years, winning an Olympic silver medal in the women’s 8+ at the 2012 Games. She uses her background as an athlete to help her understand how the body works and how massage can help decrease pain, improve movement and reduce stress. She enjoys working with people of all ages and activity levels and uses a variety of massage therapy techniques to deliver the best outcomes for her clients.

Justin Walker, RMT

Registered Massage Therapist

Justin Graduated from Sir Sandford Fleming College in 2018 with an advanced diploma in Massage Therapy. Justin is a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. He is passionate about living an active lifestyle and spending time outdoors. Justin's experience in outdoor activities gives him an understanding of the need of a healthy, balanced life. He brings this to his practice with a functional approach to assessing and treating pain and other ailments based on an individuals needs. Justin's goal is to help people balance their busy lives and assist them achieve their health & wellness goals.

Margaret Eggleton

Registered Nurse, M/E Nursing Consulting & LILT Therapist

Margaret has been nursing for 46 years working in a hospital setting and family practice, enhancing her nursing skills and obtaining respect in the community. She has also completed her certification in a comprehensive course in Low Intensity Laser Therapy and Master Class in LLLT. 

Her thorough assessment, diagnoses and treatment practices give her clients comprehensive and well thought out results. Margaret uses LILT to treat soft tissue and sports injuries, trauma, arthritis, repetitive motion injuries, provides pain relief from DDD, fibromyalgia, herpetic neuralgia, diabetic neuropathy, wound ulcers, and other wound healing starting at a cellular level. Her treatment will also enhance your massage therapy and physiotherapy treatments as it decreases pain and inflammation allowing ligaments/muscles to relax allowing physiotherapy and massage to maximize the treatment process.

Mary-Lyn Copeland

Registered Massage Therapist

Mary graduated from Sir Sandford Fleming College in 2019 with an advanced diploma in Massage Therapy and received the Lackner McLennan insurance award. Mary is a member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.


Prior to becoming a RMT Mary worked as an Earth Resources Technician, helping to locate ground water for communities, map wetlands and test water quality. Mary still has the same drive to help the community, but now on a more personal level. She is looking forward to the one on one care that massage therapy offers. In her spare time Mary can still be found exploring the trails and lakes of the Kawarthas. After having been involved in a car accident, Mary became aware of how the benefits of Massage Therapy, homecare and hydrotherapy can contribute to the wellbeing of our bodies. Mary is interested in helping others through their healing journeys and how our posture and movements can affect our daily lives.

Cayla McCullough

Reiki Practitioner

Cayla has been a practitioner of Usui Reiki (2nd Level) since 2013 and thoroughly enjoys helping others experience the balance and well-being she has felt since her first session. Her goal is to utilize the gentle, healing energies of Reiki to treat a multitude of conditions (depression, anxiety, headaches, emotional burdens, energetic blocks, etc.) and bring the body back to a deep state of peace.

Maggie Dingman

Colon Hydrotherapist

Maggie Dingman is an I-ACT Trained Colon Hydro-Therapist and Registered Naturopathist with the Academy of Naturopaths and Naturopathists of Canada. Recently relocated from northern BC to Peterborough ON, she has passion for helping other reach their health goals. Maggie’s focus on natural remedies and cleansing began with her first child. Originally a student of Ecosystem Management at Fleming College, with a career in Ecology & Contaminated Site Remediation, Maggie’s focus then shifted to that of the internal ecosystem.

Many years after adopting a healthy lifestyle she still felt like something was holding her down.  Discovering colonics was a life-changer in her attempts at detoxification. She sees a great need in sharing knowledge and access of to this service. Maggie’s love for people is what drives her. She is also a dedicated homeschooling Mom, Gardener, Fermenter, Outdoors-Women, and
